01. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.Q - Provide a height dimension from the mid-point of the top of the canopy to grade. Per UDC Article 6.6.3.C SPECIFICALLY WITHIN RESIDENTIAL ZONES - Accessory structures shall not exceed 12 feet in height, unless attached to a principal structure. The proposed structure exceeds the allowed 12 height and will require a Board of Adjustment for Variance.


02. COMMENT: Per Administrative Directive 1.07-7, all city owned properties requires an archaeology review.


03. COMMENT: This plan will not be approved until DP19-0209 is approved.
