1. MH pedestals proposed for the installation are listed as suitable for "service equipment ONLY", per the manufacturer cut sheet. Per NEC art 550, the pedestals must be listed as "suitable for service equipment" However when utilizing a master metered system the main services are considered as the service equipment, the pedestals in this case are metered sub-panels, not service equipment fed by the "Utility Co". The neutral conductors in the pedestals must be isolated from the equipment grounds and grounding electrodes. NEC art 250.6.
2. The pedestals cannot be used as tap or junction boxes to tap exterior lighting branch circuits to the feeders from the main service. NEC 110.3B.
3. The site lighting installation must comply with the 2012 Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code.
