2. Calculate the number of required plumbing fixtures required for the suite. Include the occupants of both the office and the warehouse. Reference: Section 2902.1, IBC 2018.
3. The keynotes on the plumbing plans refer to terminating the HVAC condensate over a service sink in the warehouse but the drawings only show a hand sink. Where is the service sink? Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.
4. Keynotes on the enlarged plumbing plans refer to providing a shut off valve, "…above the ceiling in a readily accessible location." See the definition of "ready access" in Section 202, IPC 2018.
5. Provide information to show that the installation of the thermal expansion tank complies with the manufacturer's listing requirements (i.e. on the cold water supply line, between the water heater and the backflow preventer or other one-way device and with no isolating valves between the expansion tank and the water heater). Reference: Sections 303.2 and 607.3, IPC 2018.
6. Provide metering faucets for the lavatories, dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the metering faucets will operate for at least 10-seconds for accessibility. Reference: Section 419.6, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
7. Provide tempered water for the lavatories and public hand-washing sinks in restrooms using approved devices conforming to ASSE 1070. Reference: Sections 419.5 and 607.1.2, IPC 2018.
8. Verify that all of the vents rise vertically to at least 6" above the flood rims of the fixtures they protect prior to running horizontally (e.g. vents for water closets and the floor sink. Reference: Section 905.4, IPC 2018.
9. Verify that the distance from the hot water source (i.e. the hot water recirculation loop) to the hot water termination for the public lavatories complies with the requirements of Section C404.5, IECC 2018.

2. Section C401.2, IECC 2018 allows the use ASHRAE 90.1-2016 (not ASHRAE 90.1-2010) to demonstrate the energy compliance of a building but the envelope, mechanical and electrical designs must use the same code.
3. Provide heating and cooling load calculations that justify the capacities of the heating and cooling equipment specified for the project. Reference: Sections R302.2 and R403.7, IECC 2018 as amended by the City of Tucson.
4. Show that each rooftop unit has a thermostatic control that provides for off-hour and set-back control, automatic shutdown and automatic start-up control (i.e. the thermostat is capable of automatically adjusting the start time of the HVAC equipment in order to bring the interior conditions to the desired temperature at the start of occupancy) and, if the thermostat does not require manual changeover from the heating and cooling modes, it restricts set point overlap. Reference: Section C403.4.2 through C403.4.2.3, IECC 2018.
5. For ventilation calculations, entry lobbies are not corridors; see Table 403.3.1.1, IMC 2018 (not the 2018 UMC).
