TRANSMITTAL DATE: August 12, 2019

1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. The striped area between the two (2) northern vehicle parking spaces is required to be a sidewalk meeting TSM Section 7-01.4.3 and physically separated from the vehicle parking area, see TSM Section 7-01.4.2

3. Demonstrate how the requirements of ICC A117.1-2009 Section 505.10 are met at the bottom of the proposed ramp/landing.

4. It does not appear that the site is meeting the requirements of 2018 IBC Chapter 11 Table 1106.1, 59 vehicle parking spaces provide requires 3 accessible vehicle parking spaces.

5. Until the building plan is approved by all other review agencies Zoning cannot approve the plan.
