The striped area between the two (2) northern vehicle parking spaces is required to be a sidewalk meeting TSM Section 7-01.4.3 and physically separated from the vehicle parking area, see TSM Section 7-01.4.2 3. Demonstrate how the requirements of ICC A117.1-2009 Section 505.10 are met at the bottom of the proposed ramp/landing. 4. It does not appear that the site is meeting the requirements of 2018 IBC Chapter 11 Table 1106.1, 59 vehicle parking spaces provide requires 3 accessible vehicle parking spaces. 5. Until the building plan is approved by all other review agencies Zoning cannot approve the plan.
