As a new building is proposed on the site a development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) is require to be submitted and approved prior to approval of the building plans. As this is a minor change to the site this may qualify as an over-the-counter review, please contact me for requirements. 3. Until the building plan is approved by all other review agencies Zoning cannot approve the plan.
