09/18/2019 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. The International Fuel Gas Code, 2018, is the controlling code for this activity, not the 2012 International fuel gas Code as shown on sheet P100. Reference: Section 101.2, IPC 2018.
2. Provide an automatic faucet for the lavatory, dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the automatic faucet will operate for a minimum time of 10-seconds. Reference: Section 419.6, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
3. Verify that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the public lavatories complies with the requirements of Section C404.5, IECC 2018.
4. Interior waste piping upstream of the grease interceptor shall have a minimum slope of ΒΌ" per foot (2% slope). Reference: Section 704.1, IPC 2018.
5. Verify that each compartment of the 3-compartment sink has a separate indirect waste pipe to protect against cross-contamination or fouling. Reference: Sections 801.2 and 802.1.1, IPC 2018.
6. Verify that all of the vents (except for vents serving interceptors located outdoors) rise vertically to at least 6" above the flood rims of the fixtures they protect prior to running horizontally. Reference: Section 905.4, IPC 2018.

09/19/2019 ROBERT SHERRY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. The 2018 International Energy Conservation Code with Local Amendments is the relevant energy code for this project (see economizer specification on sheet M400).
2. Provide heating and cooling load calculations to justify the heating/cooling capacities of the specified HVAC units. Reference: Sections C403.1.1 and C502.2.3, IECC 2018.
3. Show that the proposed replacement rooftop units meet the requirements of Sections C403.3, C403.4, and C403.5 (e.g. provide the mechanical compliance certification from COMcheck). Reference: Section C501.4, International Energy Conservation Code 2018.
4. Show that the walk-in cooler meets the efficiency requirements of Section C403.10.2.1, IECC 2018.
5. Provide calculations to verify that adequate ventilation will be provided for the occupied spaces. Reference: Section 401.2, IMC 2018.
6. Provide structural calculations and details to show that the Type I hood is supported from the building structure in accordance with Section 507.2.4, IMC 2018 (the hood hanging weight plus the weight of personnel working in or on the hood). Reference: Section 302.1, IMC 2018.
7. Show that the hood installation complies with Section 507.2.6, IMC 2018 with regard to a smooth, cleanable, non-absorbent, and non-combustible material installed between the hood and the wall, and extending 18" beyond the hood (note that wood studs covered by gypsum board and a sheet of stainless steel are considered combustible construction by the IMC).
