COMMENT: The square footage (1,388 sf) and building height (15'4"H) listed on the building plan don't match with their counterpart on the last reviewed Development package (1,387 sf / 13.33'H). Ensure the square footage and heights are consistent with the final DP. (Note: a difference of one square feet is not a major issue but consistency with the development package will make the process much smoother. The height differences must be addressed.) COMMENT: Update the site plan on the next submittal to include all of the changes discussed at the meeting on 10/24/19 that will be presented on the next DP including pedestrian access, specified buildings that are counted towards the expansion and those that are being removed, existing use, section description, and any other applicable information that is being updated on the development package. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage and location to ensure consistency with the DP. COMMENT: Once the plans have been reviewed and approved by PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewers and zoning has verified consistency with the DP, the building plans can be approved by zoning.
