COMMENT: Clarify which direction the solar panels are facing, east or west. 03. COMMENT: Provide future and existing right away information for Park Ave. Include dimension from center line to existing and future property line, include existing and future curb location and dimension from back of curb to edge of the parking solar canopy. The minimum street building setback is 21 ft. or the height of the structure whichever is greater from the back of existing and future curb location.
