Sheet A-101; Exiting/Occupancy Plan: Per the IBC Section 1017.3, the exit access travel distance shall be measured along the unobstructed path of horizontal and vertical egress travel. Part of the exit access travel distance in the Open Office Area is measured along a diagonal line. Please revise. 3. Sheet A-101; Exiting/Occupancy Plan: Per the IBC Table 2902.1, two restrooms would be required for the 19 occupants in a B Occupancy Classification, along with a drinking fountain and a service sink. If this tenant space had a B Occupancy Classification for the previous use, the existing plumbing fixtures would be acceptable. A change in the Occupancy Classification would require a new analysis for all required plumbing fixtures. Please verify. 4.
