Sheet 1; Allowable Area Increases: The Allowable Area indicates a 100% fire sprinkler increase (17,000 SF), while the IBC Table 506.2 (F-1 with S-1) indicates 34,000 SF. Please revise. 4. Sheet 1; Number of Stories: The Allowable Number of stories indicates 1, while the IBC Table 504.4 indicates two stories are allowed (F-1 and S). Please revise. 5. Sheet 1; Height to Roof Line: The Allowable Height to Roof Line indicates 40', while the IBC Table 504.3 indicates 60' (F with S). Please revise. 6. Sheet 1; Exits: The Corridor Protection indicates a fire rating is not required per 1004.3.2.1. Please revise the Section reference (this is a 2012 IBC reference). 7. This is not pertinent to F-1 Occupancy Classifications. See Section 1010.1.9.4 (2) for locks and latches for this project, and add a note on this sheet. 8. Sheet 1; Codes: Please revise the Accessibility Code to the 2009 ICC/ANSI A117.1. 9. Sheet 1; Plumbing Fixtures: Please indicate on this sheet the total number of occupants (revise as required per Comment 2), and the total number of required plumbing fixtures using the IBC Table 2902.1. 10. Sheet 2; Building Code Data: Please revise all codes as required. 11. Sheet 4; Floor Plan: Key Notes 15 and 24 were not located on the Floor Plan. Please verify. 12.
