COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for the three sizes of the vehicle parking lot solar canopies for the El Rio Southeast Clinic but cannot approve the plans at this time. 02. COMMENT: While the canopy structures are consistent with the drawings proposed on the revised Development Package (DP) and meet the PAAL setbacks and heights within the PAALs, zoning cannot approve the plans until a DDO or B of A application is processed and approved for the canopy facing Langley Avenue and the DP revisions have been approved by PDSD Review Staff. 03. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure compliance with the latest version of the approved DP and DDO or B of A approval.
