COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Historic Review (UDC 5.8.8).

This site is located in the HC-3 zone (UDC 4.7.22). A single-family home is a permitted use in the HC-3 zone, see Table 4.8-4: Permitted Uses - Commercial and Mixed Use Zones.

The proposal is for the addition of a porch on the west side of the property, directly abutting Russell Av. The required setback is either 20' or 10' for corner lots. The proposal is for a 0' setback on the west side. Proposed building height is 12'6". Historic review is required.
