1) Building #100 is impacted by a regulatory FEMA floodplain and is subject to City of Tucson floodplain regulations. Please supply a cost valuation for the proposed solar installation. Floodplain regulations limit the value of improvements to 50% of the value of the existing building without requiring floodplain compliance for the existing building. Once the valuation is supplied and verified a floodplain use permit will be issued and the plans approved.
