The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. The vehicle parking calculation is not correct. Per Unified Development Code (UDC) Table 7.4.4-1, RETAIL TRADE USE GROUP, the required number of vehicle parking spaces is based on a ratio of 1 space per 300 sq. ft. gross floor area or a total of 333 spaces required. 3. The "ADA Accessible Spaces Porvided" number does not match what is shown on the plan and should be 10. 4. Until all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
