COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the Building plans for compliance with the unapproved version of the development package currently under review by PDSD CDRC staff. The building footprint does not appear to match the building footprint depicted on the development package DP19-0079. It is suggested that the design team of the Building Plans consult design team of the DP to assure tha the DP design team has the same building footprint as depicted on the building plans set. Zoning will do a follow up review of the building plans on the next submittal and do a comparison review with the DP plans to assure consistency as it relates to the zoning review purview; (Building footprint, Height, square footage, site conditions etc.) In addition Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the 3rd Party and PDSD Commercial Plans reviewers have approved the building plans. 2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure that any revisions made to the building plans do not affect zoning requirements and that all PDSD commercial plans reviewers have also approved the building plans.
