COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: Zoning has done a review of the building plans. While the review did yield an indication that the building plans are consistent with the approved development package DP18-0265 zoning cannot approve the building plans at this time.

2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal and as it relates to the zoning review purview (Building footprint, Height, square footage, site conditions etc.). Also zoning cannot approve the building plans until the PDSD Commercial Plans reviewer(s) have approved the building plans.

3. COMMENT: If any changes are necessary to the building plans due to plan review comments that affect zoning requirements the DP will have to be revised to reflect the changes. Once the building plans are approved by all PDSD Commercial plan reviewers and the building plans zoning can approve the building plans.

Please coordinate. 2. Sheets A-501A, A-501B, A-502, and A-503; Exterior Elevations: Please indicate the Elevations on the Floor Plans (Sheets A201 and A202).Plan sheets A-501A and A-501B are missing from plan set . Please clarify.
3. Sheet A803: The City of Tucson requires all lettering (upper and lower case) to be a minimum of 3/32" in height. Please revise.
4. Sheet S001 (Code); Structural Calculations: The drawings and structural calculations indicate the 2012 IBC Code. This permit was applied for after 01-01-2019, therefore requires the 2018 IBC requirements. Please revise and verify all structural requirements for the 2018 IBC are met.
5. Sheet S001; Foundations: Please indicate on this sheet the geotechnical consultant was PRE, Inc., Job #18012.
