COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


01. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for the roof top solar panels for building #2 but cannot approve the application at this time. Address the following comments and resubmit.


02. COMMENT: The roof top plans for the Building #2 roof top plans also include on sheet PV-1 parking lot solar canopies and panels on building #1. Remove the parking lot solar panels from the site plan sheet or label the canopies that they will be permitted under separate permit and the same is true for the panels on building #2.

The option is combine the roof top solar permits for buildings #1 / #2 and solar canopy permit applications into one permit application. The roof top solar panels and parking lot solar canopies can then be approved based on approval of the Development Package DP19-0094.

If the permits have intentionally been separated due to timing then remove all details and drawings not related to solar application for Building #2, such as the solar canopy and the roof top information for building #1 and vice-versa.


03. COMMENT: As of this building plan review The DP has not been approved. The proposed solar panels along the Valencia Avenue frontage cannot be approved as depicted without approval of a Design Development Option.


04. COMMENT: Zoning will review the Building #2 roof top solar panel application on the next submittal. If the applicant / owner wishes to continue with the roof top solar permit only at this time remove all information related to the parking solar canopies and resubmit for review. This includes the solar canopies from the site plan exhibit.
