COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the Building plans for the Drive-Through Canopies but cannot approve the building plans until the 3rd Party and PDSD Commercial Plans reviewers have approved the building plans. Compliance with an approved development package is also required.

2. COMMENT: While the proposal does not appear to affect any zoning requirements as it relates to setbacks, pedestrian circulation, landscaping etc., an approved DP is required.

3. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure that any revisions made to the building plans do not affect zoning requirements and verify that a DP has been submitted for review and approval.

4. COMMENT: Once the DP is approved, stamped and signed by PDSD staff and the building plans have been approved by all Commercial Plans reviewers, zoning can approve the building plans.

5. COMMENT: Contact Steve Shields for information on what he would like to see for the DP.
