02. COMMENT: Neighborhood Preservation review and approval required prior to approval by zoning.


03. COMMENT: Zoning acknowledges that a City Manager waiver has been approved for the canopy location and setbacks. However the waiver does not discuss the Neighborhood Preservation Overlay.
