The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). The proposed height of the new master addition is 12' and the proposed setback is 5'11". The required setback is 8'. The proposed height of the new garage is 17' and the proposed setbacks are 2'1" on the east and 1' on the south. The existing garage is over 50 years old and is proposed to be demolished. Historic review is required. |
