A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. Prior to zoning approval an NPZ review and approval is required. Owner is proposing to construct a 14' x 25' detached sleeping quarters in the rear of the property. The structure is 12' tall and requires an 8' setback on the east and south sides of the property. The proposed setback on the east is 4'. Should NPZ not waive the setback requirements, a DDO is required. |
