The owner is proposing to have roof top solar panels installed on the rear porch of the main house and on a detached accessory structure. The property is located in the West University Historic District. A historic review by PDSD staff will be required to assess whether this project is considered a minor or major review. Approval of the solar application by zoning review cannot occur until the HPZ review and approval process has been completed. If the HPZ application is approved with conditions assure that the conditions are incorporated into the site plan whether notes or details. |
