3. Thomas Moll, the electrical engineer, was not made aware of this major change to his design and his drawings. While the Arizona Board of Technical Registration's Substantive Policy 1 allows another registrant to modify the documents of another registrant, the architect must clearly delineate all modifications and seal those changes, taking full responsibility for the changes and the impact of those changes to the original design. At a minimum, the architect shall identify and seal all changes (see electrical item 2 above) and provide a letter from the electrical engineer with his company's letterhead, sealed by the engineer, and acknowledging the architect's changes to his design.

3. Two stairs to the second floor are still shown on the plans on sheet A1. Indicate that they will be deleted and show what will be done with the spaces occupied by the stairs.
4. Delete "STAIR #2" from the dimension floor plan, sheet A2.
5. On sheet A2 cloud the added notes to identify them as part of this revision and enlarge the text to no less than 3/32" per COT standard.
6. There are many walls at the 1st floor that now are not braced at the top because the 2nd floor is removed. Please explain how you intend to laterally brace 1st floor walls.
7. Various 2x4 walls are shown full height from floor to roof structure. Please verify the stud size and spacing required (and available) for laterally unsupported 25-foot high wood framed walls.
8. A new note on sheet A2 states that all ceilings will be suspended from the roof structure and this is probably fine for acoustical tile ceiling systems, how will the gypsum board for ceilings be supported in compliance with Code?
