The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). The proposed setback is two (2) feet, the required setback is six (6) feet, from the north interior property line. A DDO approval is required is prior to the zoning approval of the zoning site compliance permit. |
