This site is located in the NR-1 zone (UDC 5.10.3). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone UDC Table 4.8.4. See Use-Specific Standards UDC 4.9.7.

Prior to zoning approval an NPZ review and approval is required. Applicant is proposing roof mounted solar panels on accessory structure to the South. Arial records indicate that structure has been in place as far back as 1998.
