REF; Replaced service equipment, replaced under permit T17CM03403. (A) The Riser diagram that was pasted on plan sheet 'ONE LINE DIAGRAM' was permitted under T17CM03403, and was never approved for final inspection. The last inspection for Final approval was performed on 5/5/17 and was Denied. The inspectors comment was," WORK DOES NOT MATCH DESCRIPTION ON PERMIT". This permit is in expired status and will need to be renewed and re-inspected for code compliance. Please include the AIC ratings of the service equipment on the plans per TEP available fault current. (B) The configuration on the plan sheet 1of1 of the submitted plans for this permit has no space for the 60 amp back-fed PV circuit breaker. Please clarify. 2. The inverters shown on the spec sheet are described as suitable for residential use by the manufacturer. Justify its use for commercial by the manufacturer. Also the columns with the electrical values have no title column to identify input and output etc. 3. Verify that the inverters are equipped with ground fault protection. NEC art 690.5. 4. Provide all the plan sheets as described on the drawing description on the cover sheet, and include the numbers on the drawings. 5. Provide the PV modules racking system details. 6. Provide grounding details for the racking system and modules. 7. Identify the inverter size or model numbers on each inverter shown on the line diagrams. 8. The wire schedule does not correlate with the 3 line diagrams for conductor quantity and size. 9. Ref: Equipment Layout plan. (a) Why are the inverters shown at the building and also at the electrical service yard. (b) The de-rating for number of conductors in the single 1-1/4" conduit is not accounted for in the conductor de-rating factors. 10.
