COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the tenant improvement plans for the interior remodel. While zoning has not concerns related to the interior remodel of the building the proposed striping of the parking lot requires approval of a Development Package.

A related application, DP19-0021 has been submitted for review for the proposed re-striping for a pick-up area. The sheets in the TI set related to the re-striping may be removed from the building plans in order to have the T.I. approved by zoning.


2. If the decision is made to remove the re-striping sheets from the T.I. set, zoning can approve the T.I. application and stamp the plans over the counter.


3. If the re-striping plans are to remain in the T.I. set assure that any DP comments are addressed and that the revised DP sheets are included in the T.I. set before re-submittal. Keep in mind that the DP must be approved before the T.I. is approved by Zoning.
