COMMENT: The removal of the building can be done through a demo permit, however the creation of the parking lot in its place will have to be done through a Development Package on a separate permit, Revise the plans and the scope of work for this permit to show that it is only for the demo of the existing building. This can be done by clarifying on the plans that the parking reconfiguration will be done on a development package 02. COMMENT: Revise the addresses on permit and site plan to show only the address of the building that is being demolished 03. COMMENT: The building located on 5750 E Broadway to be demolished is over 50 years old. Historic approval is required prior to zonings approval of the demo permit. Provide the historic Case number on the site plan on the next submittal COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Architectural Documentation prior to demolition of historic buildings (UDC 3.12.1).
