Below are comments on the billboard removal (demolition) submittal for the billboard located at 4550 East Irvington Road (T10BU00547). Sheet 1 of 1 1. In title area of Billboard Removal Site Notes, below current address, add billboard address (4550 East Irvington Road, same as for the pre-combination parcel the billboard was located on). 2. In title area of Billboard Removal Site Notes, refer to Permit # as Activity # instead. 3. In Billboard Removal Site Notes, combine #C into #A to show first 002C as current parcel with a following note that the subject billboard was previously on 003C prior to combination into 002C in 2018. 4. Under Billboard Removal Site Notes #D, correct the number of faces to two, as per previous site inspections by reviewer, or explain why only one face is shown. 5. Under Billboard Removal Site Notes #D, correct the horizontal length of the billboard face to approximately 24 feet, as per previous site inspections by reviewer, or explain why only 20 feet is shown. 6. In site area display, add property line designation and leader line to east property line shown (in addition to that shown for north property line. 7. In site area display, add current parcel number within the perimeter of the current property lines. 8. In site area display, add current parcel number for the parcel to the east of the subject parcel. 9. For north and east property lines, add dimensions for the full run of those lines; include bearings as well if available. 10. Show dimensions from the leading edge of the billboard face to the north property line and from the nearest point of the billboard to the east property line with a tolerance of +/- three feet. 11. Show in dotted line, the west property line of the pre-combination parcel that the subject billboard was previously located on with a designation of the former APN and leader line to that former property; add the dimension along the north property line for that former parcel with arrows to corners (2006 survey to be found in Tucson PRO at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pro/pdsd/permitdetail/S06-124/14002002C (first two documents) may assist in this regard. |
