Sheet 1 of 3 None Sheet 2 of 3 1. In 1st & 10th paragraphs of Scope of Work-East Face, revise to reflect existing light fixture support arm mounting system for east face (see plan sheets for T10EL00834;also revise order of work to reflect plywood face sheet removal necessary to access light fixture support arm mounts). 2. Add two paragraph to Scope of Work-East Face to reflect removal/detachment and reinstallation/reattachment of three ballasts and associated conduit, wiring, and mounting straps. 3. In 2nd & 5th paragraphs of Scope of Work-East Face, specify grade of plywood and nail spacing. 4. At bottom of Scope of Work-East Face, add note as to the point of disconnect/reconnect of conduit and wiring, addressing the ballasts and associated conduit and wiring that are attached to east face stringers. 5. In 1st & 9th paragraphs of Scope of Work-West Face, clarify if light fixture support arms are attached to the top of the top stringer and if there are any additional straps or other mounting hardware affixing the vertical run of the support arms to the stringers of other structure parts. 6. In 3rd & 6th paragraphs of Scope of Work-West Face, revise the number and dimensions of face panel sections to match existing and revise disposition of existing panel clips as necessary. 7. In 1st paragraph of Poster Panel Notes, revise as necessary to reflect the difference in face panel section configuration. 8. In 4th paragraph of Poster Panel Notes, clarify that the non-standard 2 ¼” thick spacers refers to the existing spacers, as the replacement spacers shown in the 5th paragraph of Scope of Work-West Face are the standard 1” thick (a downsizing which will be accepted). 9. In 5th paragraph of Poster Panel Notes, if west face light fixture is to only be detached and reattached as per the East Face Sign Elevation (and with all electrical connections remaining in place),, delete this paragraph. 10. Add standard electrical note on unused electrical parts to be removed. 11. In added note from Comment #10 above, specifically address an orphan vertical conduit run next to the north side of the lead upright web that appears to be unused. 12. Add standard electrical note on junction boxes. 13. Add standard boxed display on existing lamps 14. Add standard boxed display on existing ballasts (all three). 15. In East Face Sign Elevation, revise 2nd to bottom stringer outline so as to match the full 40-foot length shown in Scope of Work-East Face & raise to be above the bottom edge of the plywood sheet face, as existing. 16. In West Face Sign Elevation, cedar paneling is indicated; clarify if cedar is existing and if it is any different than the wood siding specified for the aproning in Scope of Work-West Face and more generally for other aprons. Sheet 3 of 3 1. In Poster Panel Side View, revise the two references to panel clips to conform with the existing panel clips. 2. In the titles for Poster Panel Side View and each of Details A-D, add east face or west face, as applicable, for clarity. 3. In Details A & B, resolve the conflict between 2 ¼” spacer thickness shown and the replacement thickness of 1” in 5th paragraph of Scope of Work-West Face on Sheet 2 (see Comment #8 for Sheet 2). 4. In title of Light Mounting Detail., clarify if it is applicable to west face only. 5. Add light mounting details for east face (see three details on plan sheets for T10EL00834). 6. Show top view of structure, including light fixtures and associated support arms. /. Add side views of light mounting details for each face with full dimensions (see plan sheets for t10EL00834 for east face). 8. In Face Panel Attachment, revise so as to reflect existing panel clips. 9. In Apron Mounting Detail and Poster Panel Side View, the top of the apron is depicted to be flush with the bottom of the plywood face panel, where in the existing installation approximately nine inches of the apron extends vertically behind the plywood sheet panel and the overall height is less than 12 feet; revise both details to reflect the existing installation. |
