Sheet 1 of 3 None Sheet 2 of 3 1. In 1st paragraph of Scope of Work, delete “temporarily”. 2. In 3rd & 6th paragraphs of Scope of Work, revise number and dimensions of face panel sections to conform with existing & revise numbers of panel clips as applicable. 3. Add standard note regarding removal of light fixtures from site, replicating Billboard Note #11 on Sheet 1 of 2. 4. Add standard lighting/electrical note: “There shall be no lighting or electrical installation, removal, relocation, or repair except as specified n scope of work”. (Note: Comments #4-8 will not be applied in instances where top mounted light fixtures are only detached from top stringer without any electrical disconnections or part replacements being performed, but will be applied in instances where such disconnections are to be made, as is this case here). 5. Add standard electrical note: “Any excess fixtures, conduit, connections, wiring, or breakers no longer being used to be removed” 6. Add standard electrical note: “No junction boxes or other fixtures where wire connections are made shall be added or replaced other than those shown on plan”. 7. Add standard Description of Existing Lamp (see, e.g., approved Sheet 2 of 2 for COT Activity No. T11BU01335, also relevant for Comments #2-6 & 7-12). 8. Add standard Description of Existing Ballast. 9. Revise Face Panel Attachment to reflect existing type of panel clip & add clip detail. 10. In Poster Panel Side View, revise number and disposition of panel clips for each face as applicable for the existing panel configuration. 11. Add standard Light Mounting Detail (showing side view of top stringer, rigid conduit light fixture support arm, conduit strap, and fastener). 12. In Poster Panel Top View & East Face Sign Elevation delete “temporarily”. 13. In Detail “A” of Poster Panel Side View, delete at top “Existing Upright Beam to Remain”, as tapered upright is already addressed at bottom designation. 14. Revise title of “Partial Site Plan” to “Partial Vicinity Map”. |
