Sheet 1 of 3 None Sheet 2 of 3 1. In 1st paragraph of Scope of Work, capitalize “mdo” to conform with other usage in this and other submittals. 2. In the 3rd & 7th paragraphs of Scope of Work, conform 2” thickness of wood spacers to the standard 1” thickness shown in Poster Panel Side View or otherwise resolve this inconsistency. 3. In 6th paragraph of Scope of Work, correct reference to “Aa325” bolts. 4. In 11th & 12th paragraphs of Scope of Work, add mounting brackets to be removed and replaced with like new, along with associated number and dimensions that are consistent with Details “C” on Sheet 3. 5. In boxed note below Scope of Work, delete “(E)”, as there are no wood section panels on this billboard. 6. Notes indicate the use of A325 bolts. If these are to be used, a Special Inspection Certificate must be filled out and submitted to the City of Tucson. Please verify. Sheet 3 of 3 1. In Details B & C, add cross-section and other dimensions for ladder rails, rungs & braces, consistent with 11th & 12th paragraphs of Scope of Work. 2. In Stringer Mounting Detail, add “(Backrail)” to “Stringer” or otherwise conform to the use of “backrail” in the 4th & 8th paragraphs of Scope of Work (and to distinguish from face panel support stringers). 3. In Detail “B” Side View, the 10’0” catwalk width dimension is out of scale with other dimensions in the detail and appears to be incorrect; revise this dimension or otherwise explain. 4. Detail “A” of Poster Panel Side View, revise thickness of spacer, if applicable (see Comment #2 for Sheet 2). |
