Engineer’s Response Letter 1. Resubmit engineer’s response letter (June 19, 2019) with professional engineer’s seal affixed and signature over seal. 2. Assure that engineer’s response letter to comments contained herein has professional engineers seal affixed with signature over seal. Sheet 1 of 3 1. In General Note #3, add the APN for the parcel to the west, where the supporting I-beams are located (Comment #2 on the resubmittal was not correctly responded to in this regard). 2. In site plan with aerial photograph underlay, show portion of billboard footprint located on parcel to the west (the footprint shown is not within the 3-foot tolerance allowed in the lateral (east-west) direction). Sheet 2 of 3 1. In revised 3rd paragraph of Scope of Work, add face panel section depth, consistent with that shown in 15th paragraph of Scope of Work. 2 In revised 12th & 13th paragraphs of Scope of Work, recombine the paragraphs into one more understandable paragraph in standard fashion (to facilitate this, the added clarifying sentences on the non-standard nature of the 2” spacers could be deleted from the 4th and 13th paragraphs of Scope of work and inserted into Poster Panel Notes as a single sentence paragraph) 3. In Poster Panel Side View, revise the designation for face panel clips to be removed and not reinstalled so as to limit the leader lines to east face stringers only. 4. In Poster Panel Side View, add separate designation and associated leader lines for face panel clips to be removed and reinstalled to stringers on west face, including the number of face panels clips and assuring that leader lines only correspond to stringers where face panel clips are existing. 5. Revise title of Partial Site Plan to “Partial Vicinity Map”. Sheet 3 of 3 1. In revised Face Panel Attachment, the panel clip is referred to as a “Tiffin clip”; either revise to “face panel clip” or, if Tiffin clip is the recognized name for this style of panel clip, revise “face panel clip” to “Tiffin clip” in the balance of the plan. |
