06/20/2019 | GLENN MOYER | ADMINISTRATIVE | ADMIN REVIEW | Denied | Below are comments on the authorized electrical repair resubmittal for COT ID# 318 at 5085 East 29th Street (T19BU00017 R). Sheet 1 of 2 None Sheet 2 of 2 1. In added Panel Schedule, Circuit # 3 is shown as “Blank” while manufacturer’s literature for the 122PROG panel shows a breaker (in this case spare) for the second space; resolve this conflict. 2. In added Panel Schedule Circuit #1 is shown as having a 15A breaker while the manufacturer’s literature for the 122PROG panel shows a 20A breaker; resolve this conflict. 3. in added Panel Schedule, the Main is shown as 15A where it does not appear there is a main breaker; clarify if the incoming wiring is designed to power each of the two breakers separately or whether one of the breakers acts as a main for the other; if available, provide the wiring diagram for the 122 PROG panel. 4. The One-Line Diagram shows two breakers at the 122 panel where only one breaker is shown in the added Panel Schedule; clarify what the second breaker shown in One-Line Diagram represents. 5. Previously approved plans (T11EL03159) show two conductors from the 122 panel to the ballasts, not three as shown in the current submittal; conform the number of conductors in Existing and New Electrical Riser Diagrams and 3rd, 4th and 12th paragraphs of Scope of Work to the previously approved plans and One-Line Diagram (Note: In the previously approved plans, a Square D panel and external mechanical timer were allowed to be upgraded to a 122PROG panel with a digital timer in the interest of improved lighting control for Outdoor Lighting Code time limit compliance; that allowance did not extend to added wiring). 6. In added Existing Electrical Run, replacement of existing IMC conduit at TEP pole is shown to be replaced at discretion of TEP, while in New Electrical Run and 9th paragraph of Scope of Work it is referred to as new; please resolve this conflict. 7. If existing 2 ½” IMC riser at TEP is to be removed and be replaced with new like, add or revise paragraph at appropriate location in Scope of Work to reflect removal of existing IMC riser at TEP pole. 8. In Existing and New Electrical Riser Diagrams, provide existing and replacement conductors and conduit from the meter to the 122PROG panel. 9. In Scope of Work, add two paragraphs in the appropriate locations to reflect removal of existing and installation of new like conductors referenced in Comment #6 above (or reinstallation of existing, if applicable). |
