Detail all access ramps for ADA compliance. 6. East Haven Lane continue new curb to terminus of new pavement. Include PAG Standard 212 curb transitions. Also need curb transition eastside of N. Fremont Avenue at Sta. 11+29. 7. Remove Detail C Modified Concrete Sidewalk. 8. Cover sheet remove all notes and put on separate sheet. Cover Sheet should have the following: A) Title B) Location Map C) Project Map (showing work to be built under this set of Plans).
