The following comments need to be addressed in the subsequent review submittal. Please return redlined drawings with next submittal. Please reference PIA activity number on all correspondences. 1. Include the plan number "I-2018-025" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Include the PIA activity number "T18PI00041" on cover sheet. 3. Use TDOT engineering plan template for this plan set. The latest TDOT engineering plan template can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/tdot/engineering. 4. Sheet 3: Delineate existing slope easement north of the project and label with recordation information. Additionally, a drainage easement will need to be secured for placement of the proposed drainage structure and channel Tucson City Golf Course. 5. Sheet 3: Provide details of the proposed wrought iron fence along the cul-de-sac at the north end of Kellen Canyon Court. 6. Sheet 4: Unobstructed pedestrian access will need to be provided from Silverbell Rd.to Kellen Canyon Court. 7. Revise drawing to indicate the placement of 5' wide sidewalk per Technical Standards Manual, Section 10-01.4.1.A.1.a. 8. Sheets 5, Detail C: The storm drain outlet proposed at the the cul-de-sac at the north end of Kellen Canyon Court will need to be day-lighted. A bubble-up system will require additional maintenance. Additionally, provide alternate bicycle safe grates, other than EF-1 type, at the inlet of this system. 9. Please Refer to redline plans for additional comments and comment details.
