| 01/07/2019 | LPETERS2 | DOT PERMITS & CODES | REVIEW | Denied | I have reviewed this plan and have the following comments: 1. Sheet 2 note 31 - This note relates to the work for the development. There needs to be a note referenceing work in the right of way requires a permit and coordination with a Transportation Construction Inspector. 2. I did not see mention of disturbing city of tucson landscaping and irrigation. There should be a note calling for the contractor to coordinate any repair or relocation if city owned irrigation and vegetation with Paul Rosenboom of our Strets and Traffic Maintenance Division 3. Sheet 4 - There is no survey information (stations and outs) provided to locate driveways, curb returns, or curb access ramps. No further comments. Lance |

All plants that are removed must be mitigated and the irrigation must be addressed. The new entry drive will need to provide 4' PVC Sch 40 sleeving for what ever irrigation lines are located there. Existing lines must be placed in new sleeving. There also may be valve wires at this location. |
