SUBJECT: HSSA Animal Welfare Center - 635 West Roger Road, U-2018-013, T18PI00036

PROJECT REVIEWER: Richard Leigh, TDOT Engineering Review

RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and recommends a tentative approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed prior to submitting mylars for signature.

1. Sheet 1: Include the plan number "U-2018-013" in the title block of each sheet.

2. Sheet 1: Include the PIA activity number "T18PI00036" on cover sheet.

3. Sheet 2: A public access easement is required when public sidewalk and curb access ramps encroach onto private property. Delineate and label with recordation information any required easements.

4. Sheet 2: Remove signatory titles from title block.

5. Sheet 2: Revise sidewalk scupper details to indicate that the sidewalk scupper will extend a minimum of 1 foot beyond the sidewalk on both sides of the scupper.

6. Please Refer to redline drawings for additional comments and comment details.

7. Please email a PDF copy of revised drawing for curtesy review prior to submitting mylars for signature.
