Review RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to resubmittal. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments and return redlined drawings with subsequent submittal. 1. Include the plan number "I-2016-007" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Include the PIA activity number "T16PI00033" on cover sheet. 3. Use TDOT engineering plan template for this plan set. The latest TDOT engineering plan template can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/tdot/engineering. 4. Sheet 1: Add Arizona Blue Stake 811 label to cover sheet. 5. Sheet 2, General Paving Note 1: The City of Tucson has adopted the Pima Associates of Government (PAG) 2015 Standard Specification for Public Improvements (SSPI) and Standard Details (SD). Revise plan set to reflect this change. 6. Sheet 2, General Paving Note 2: Revise note to indicate the use of TDOT Mix No. 2 for the asphaltic concrete. 7. Sheet 6: Revise drawing to extend the pedestrian circulation path all the way to Kino Parkway Per Section C.2.4C.i.b.ii of the Bridges Planned Area Development document. 8. Indicate the closure of the existing curb opening located at Sta. 35+75, RT 36th St. 9. Please Refer to redline plans for additional comments and comment details.
