1. Sheet 10 - Note 3 - This note references a PAG mix #2 and not the COT mix #2 as previously mentioned in the plans. This should call out the COT Mix#2.
2. Sheet 10 - Note 12 - This note references the inspector verifying the sawcut limits but I did not see mention of sawcutting on the plan sheets.

Please address these comments. I will go ahead and approve these plans conditionaly. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
