The following comments need to be addressed prior to in the subsequent review submittal. Please return redlined drawings with next submittal. 1. Use TDOT engineering plan template for this plan set. The latest TDOT engineering plan template can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/tdot/engineering. 2. Include the plan number "U-2018-007" in the title block of each sheet. 3. Include PIA activity number "T18PI00018" on cover sheet. 4. Include Development Plan number on cover sheet. 5. Sheet 1: Add the following Grading and Paving note: "The Contractor shall comply with Sun Link's Standard Operating Procedures when working within or near the Sun Link Streetcar Operational Right-of-way. Contact Sun Link Streetcar Operations (520) 791-3331 for Track Access Training and permitting requirements." 6. Sheet 2: Verify and correct all keynote sheet references. 7. Sheet 2: Clearly indicate proposed sidewalk widths. 8. Sheet 2: Indicate that the proposed sidewalk scuppers will extend a minimum of 1' beyond the sidewalk. 9. Sheet 3: Indicate the placement of "Back in Only" parking signs for new parking areas. Contact Park Tucson sign placement requirements. 10. Sheet 2: Provide additional spot grades between 13+22. Lt. and 13+35 Lt. to ensure positive drainage in this area. 11. Sheet 3 Provide striping details for parking layout. 12. Provide hardscape and landscaping details within the public right-of-way. 13.
