RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and recommends a conditional approval. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to submitting mylars for final approval. Please submit, via email, a PDF copy of the revise drawings prior to submitting mylars.


1. Use TDOT Engineering plan template for this plan set. Title block will need to be revised by removing "Transportation Planning" with "Streets and Traffic Maintenance". The latest TDOT engineering plan template can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/tdot/engineering.

1. Note 11 should reflect relocation of pole and pullbox , similar to note 4.

2. No conduit in street should be reused. Intercept existing conduit in undisturbed area, reroute and extend conduit along with new conductors, behind new curb and reconnect relocated street lights. This is typical of both ends of the area being modified.
