RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Permits and Codes Section has reviewed the PIA Plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed prior to in the subsequent review submittal. Please return redlined drawings with next submittal.

1. Use TDOT engineering plan template for this plan set. The latest TDOT engineering plan template can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/tdot/engineering.

2. Include the plan number "U-2018-005" in the title block of each sheet.

3. Include PIA activity number "T18PI00017" on cover sheet.

4. Include Development Plan number on cover sheet.

5. Sheet 2: Locate proposed curb access ramp on the east side of driveway to be more in line with ramp across driveway.

6. Sheet 4:, Detail A: Provide a geotechnical analysis supporting proposed pavement section or use pavement structural section "1" called out in Houghton / Old Vail Road Intersection Improvements plans I-2009-003 Sheet 9 of 108.
