The latest TDOT engineering plan template can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/tdot/engineering. 2. Include the plan number "I-2018-018" in the title block of each sheet. 3. Include PIA activity number "T18PI00016" on cover sheet. 4. Include Development and Subdivision number on cover sheet. 5. Storm Drain: Provide reinforced concrete pipe for the sections of storm drain proposed within the public rights-of-way per COT SDDM and include all details. 6. Provide complete details for the proposed rip rap at the outlets of sidewalk scuppers. 7. Sheet 3: Provide all details for the proposed catch basin a Sta. +/- 11+22, LT (Wash View Drive). 8. Provide curb access ramps at the intersections of Desert Peak Drive and Wash Overlook Drive and Deer Park Lane and Scenic Peak Way.
