The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to submitting mylars for final approval. Please submit, via email, a PDF copy of the revise drawings prior to submitting mylars. 1. Include the plan number "U-2018-004" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Sheet 1: Include PIA Activity number "T18PI00014" on cover sheet. 3. Sheet 1: Include Development Plan Number DP17-0245" for project on cover sheet. 4. Sheet 1: Revise Paving Notes to reference PAG 2015 and ADOT Standard Specifications and Standard details. 5. Sheet 4: Per TSM Section 10-01.4.1.A.1.a provide 6' wide sidewalk where new sidewalk will be placed. 6. Sheet 4: Provide details of proposed modifications to exiting catch basin located at +/- 13+40 LT (Oracle Rd).
