The following comments need to be addressed prior to in the subsequent review submittal. Please return redlined drawings with next submittal. 1. Include the plan number "I-2018-008" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Remove PIA activity number "T13PI00016"on cover sheet and replace with"T18PI00013. 3. Revise plan tile to include the word interim. 4. Sheet 2: Provide complete details for the proposed storm drain located at +/-70+00 (Valencia Crossing Dr). Include inlet and outlet structures, inverts and class of pipe. Also, provide a section of it. 5. Sheet 2: Provide details for the rock rip-rap pad at the north end of Valencia Crossing Dr. 6. Sheet 2 & 3: indicate the final surface treatment and preparation requirements for the section of the roadway that will graded and not paved. 7. Provide a section showing the future roadway section and reference plan number I-2013-017 8. Submit a drainage report/statement and hydraulic analysis supporting the interim roadway infrastructure. 9. Provide a pedestrian circulation path pursuant to T.S.M. 7-01.3.3.a along Valencia Crossing Dr to Valencia Rd or pursue relief from requirement via a TSMR.
