The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to final approval. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments and return any redlined drawings with subsequent submittal. 1. Sheet 1: Include the plan number "I-2018-004" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Sheet 1: Include the PIA activity number "T18PI00005" on cover sheet. 3. Sheet 1: Reference Development Plan Number on cover sheet. 4. Sheet 1: Paving note 2: Revise note to remove building references and include roadway infrastructure. 5. Sheet 1 Paving note 13: Revise phone number for Paul Rosenboom to 520-791-3154 . 6. Sheet 2: Clearly indicate beginning of proposed curb (new to existing) and label with stationing. 7. Sheet 2: Indicate recording sequence number for right-of-way acquisition. 8. Sheet 2, keynote 14: Indicate class of RCP, pipe slope and pipe length. 9. Sheet 2, Keynote 19: Reference applicable specification or provide complete details for proposed PCCP. 10. Sheet 4: Per T.S.M . (10-1.4.1.A.1.a), the minimum sidewalk width is 5 feet, (excluding curb and tree grates) also per (10-1.3.3.D.4), a 1foot separation must be provided between the edge of sidewalk and any structure. Revise drawing to provide the minimum COT Technical Standards Manual requirements. 11. Sheet 4: Revise drawing to provide a curb access ramp at the southwest corner of Stone Ave and Ochoa St to provide ADA compliant access for north and south bound pedestrian access. 12. Sheet 4: Indicate that a pedestrian crosswalk area, which has a cross slope less than 2%, will be provided between access ramps at Church Ave and Stone Ave. 13. Sheet 6, Detail 1: Verify location of ROW depicted on section, the stairs should not be located within the public ROW. 14. Sheet 6, Detail C: Dimension detail and indicate concrete type. 15. Provide a geotechnical analysis to support proposed pavement section. 16. For the narrowing of the roadway and the proposed location of the roadway crown, provide a hydraulic analysis for the street capacity and for the new catch basin on Ochoa St. 17 Please Refer to redline drawings for additional comments and comment details.
