The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to final approval. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments and return any redlined drawings with subsequent submittal. 1. Sheet 1: Include the plan number "U-2018-002" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Sheet 1: Include the PIA activity number "T18PI00004" on cover sheet. 3. Add a title at top of cover sheet. 4. Note the activity number associated with the development on cover sheet. 5.Sheet 1: Paving note 1: Remove "(PC/COT SSPI) 2011" and replace with "2015". 6. Sheet 1 Paving note 12: Revise phone number for Paul Rosenboom to 520-791-3154 . 7. Provide a minimum of 8 feet wide graded pedestrian area at 2% max cross slope and be separate to drainage swale, alongside of the proposed strip paved pavement widening along Wilmot Rd. 8. Does the utility poles proximity to the proposed new edge of the traveled way meet AASTO clear zone guidelines for the existing roadway speeds? 9. Sheet 2: Provide a dimensioned detailed section of the roadway at the full widening and depict and label the ROW limits, edge of pavement, and travel and turn lanes. 10.
