Sheet 1: Location Map - Call outs for City of Tucson and Pima County need to be reversed. Example : The call out for the City of Tucson should be on the west side of the section line. 4. Sheet 2: Revise Paving Note 5 to indicate City of Tucson "City Mix" asphalt Mix #2. 5. Sheet 2: Revise Paving Note 10 to Read: The City shall not be held liable for any errors and/or omissions on these plans items not meeting City Standards. The errors and/or omissions shall be repaired and/or replaced at no cost to the City. 6. Sheet 2: Paving note 15: Revise phone number for Paul Rosenbloom to 520-791-3154. 7.
