Sheet 2, Revise Paving Note 5 to indicate City of Tucson "City Mix" asphalt Mix #2. 4. Sheet 2 Paving note 15: Revise phone number for Paul Rosenboom to 520-791-3154 . 5. Sheet 3 Detail A: Revise detail to reference placement of curb access ramps per PAG Standard Detail 207, Type 1. 6. Sheet 4 - 8: Indicate placement of survey monuments per PAG Standard Detail 103 at roadway intersections and at the points of curvature along roadway center line 7.
